Game Overview
1917: The Prologue is a psychological horror first-person narrative with elements of an escape room. The rain is gloomily pounding on the umbrellas of rare passersby outside the door you just entered, and the wind rough-cuts the yellowed leaves from the trees, removing them and scattering them on the ground. Similar to how many lives and destinies were thrown off course in Russia in the fall of 1917. The only sound as you ascend the crumbling stairs is the sound of your steps echoing along the entrance, indicating your presence. A door is now in front of you, dimly lit by a match’s timid quivering flame. What, then, is this door? What brought you here? What exactly are you? Do you recall? No? There is only one way to find out about this. to quickly get through all the logic chains and enter the door; by picking up bits and pieces to bring back everything from your memory that was lost. Also, keep in mind that there is always a choice! despite the fact that it may appear as though there is no way back. even when it appears impossible to return anything. If you look within yourself, there is always a way to act in the right way. Could you?
