Game Overview
The kingdom of Myrtana has been the scene of fighting. The king of the land needed a lot of ore to make enough weapons for his army to withstand the Orcish invasion of human territory. In these trying times, anyone who breaks the law is sent to work in the huge Khorinis penal colony mining the much-needed ore. The magical barrier that separates the penal colony from the outside world is a two-kilometer-diameter sphere that covers the entire area known as “the Colony.” From the outside, one can get through the barrier, but once inside, no one can get out. The barrier was a double-edged sword; the prisoners quickly took advantage of the situation and launched a revolt. The king was forced to negotiate rather than simply demand his ore after the colony split into three rival factions. You are thrown into this prison through the barrier. You must survive with your back to the wall and form unstable alliances until you can finally escape.
