Game Overview
Paranormal P.I. by Conrad Stevenson is a ghost hunting simulation for one player. You can start a career as a paranormal investigator from your New Eidolon office. At first, there are only a few places to investigate, but as your paranormal investigation skills improve, you will be invited to more places. Each new investigation generates a different type of ghost at random, and each ghost exhibits distinctive behaviors that may alter how you conduct your investigation. In most cases, gathering sufficient evidence from an investigation will take no more than an hour. You are provided with an Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Meter, a High-Tech Thermometer, an Audio Recorder, a Camera, and your dependable Flashlight for use during investigations. You will slowly collect evidence and narrow down the haunted areas of the property using your equipment. You can finish your investigation as soon as you start to suspect paranormal activity, but if you do so without a lot of evidence, the homeowner will be severely underwhelmed and you won’t be invited to new places. Using your available tools to gather as much evidence as possible is the most effective way to conduct an investigation.
