Game Overview
Close Contact is a short sci-fi horror game that takes about one and a half hours to complete. The player must navigate a sophisticated underground base while occasionally avoiding the alien creature that is following them. You have arrived on Cadmus, a planet far from Earth, as a brand-new employee of the enormous Abbotsfield Corp. You have been sent to support the research team from a place that once belonged to an ancient alien civilization. However, upon awakening from your prolonged cryosleep, you discover that something terrible and fatal has occurred beneath the surface in the base. Advanced contact lenses, set in a distant future, are now commonplace and one of the main forms of computing. The alien inside the base can tell when you’re close by the specific light frequency it emits. Your only chance of survival is to avoid getting too close and keep your eyes closed.
