With Unreal Engine 5, ARK is reimagined from the ground up as the next generation of videogame technology, giving you a dinosaur survival experience like no other! You wake up on an enigmatic island, your senses overwhelmed by the blinding sunlight, brilliant colors reflecting off every surface, and the green island’s azure waters lapping at your bare feet. You get up, not afraid, but intrigued, when a deep roar from the misty jungle jolts you into action and makes you stand up. Might it be said that you are prepared to shape a clan, manageable and breed many types of dinosaurs and other primitive animals, investigate, art, fabricate, and battle your direction to the head of the pecking order? ARK: In order to take advantage of the most recent in videogame technology, Unreal Engine 5, Survival Ascended has completely recreated and redesigned the artwork and worlds of ARK. High-end graphics features include fully dynamic Global Illumination (also known as “Lumen”), which allows light to bounce off of surfaces and provide realistic reflections, and advanced mesh streaming (also known as “Nanite”) of hundreds of millions of triangles for extreme detail. High level new material science frameworks, for example, dynamic water with the goal that each animal makes waves, waves, sprinkles, and air pockets as they travel through liquids, and completely intelligent actual foliage where each piece of turf, shrub, and tree responds to characters, blasts, shots, and physical science objects. When you knock down a tree, you can see it smash into other trees, causing all the foliage to fall off, and then smash into the grass below! Distinguish a foe moving guilefully through the grass as it moves and influences in light of their presence. Demolish a building and watch the pieces fall back into the water and grass in a realistic way. ARK: Access to all of ARK’s worlds, including Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, ARK Genesis Part 1, ARK Genesis Part 2, and more, is included in Survival Ascended. The Island is now available, and new expansion worlds will be added regularly at no additional cost.
