Tako is a peaceful little octopus who saves a woman from drowning one stormy night in a world where humans and octopuses are fighting. Because of his bravery, a fairy grants him the ability to live on land. Tako defies his family and people as he travels the world to try to settle disputes between humans and octopuses, putting him right at the heart of this dysfunctional world.
On his quest to put an end to the conflict that exists between the terrestrial Human realm and the undersea Octopus kingdom, Tako will have to solve puzzles, spit ink at enemies to turn them into platforms, explore enigmatic dungeons, and fight tenacious bosses.
