In Agents of MAYHEM, you conduct a full-scale operation against the enigmatic Morningstar, the leader of a shadowy super-villain group known only as LEGION. After the Devil’s Night attacks, the LEGION’s Ministries—bands of strong villains named after the Seven Deadly Sins—take control of cities all over the world. As long as they take all necessary steps to expand the agency and eventually overthrow LEGION, MAYHEM’s agents are free to do whatever the hell they want.
