About The Game

A.N.N.E is an exploration game that combines flying (shmup) and fast-paced platforming gameplay. The style of A.N.N.E. is based on games from the 8-bit and 16-bit eras; a pixelated anthology that takes you back to the early days of video games by utilizing cutting-edge technology and a refined yet uncomplicated visual style. an epic, hand-crafted retro adventure.

In this world, robots live among people. They are set up to serve and abide by strict regulations. One of these regulations requires that robots infected with the love virus be destroyed. They are destroyed on planet Gomi, a remote frozen world, by the Federation guards, powerful robots who will not let anything stand in their way. This is done to stop the virus from spreading further.

You are now within striking distance of the Federation space fleet after years of chasing them. The Federation fleet is under threat from a violent asteroid shower. This may very well be the ideal time for a salvage endeavor…

Your central goal is basic: Obtain A.N.N.E. and flee.
