Game Overview

You try to piece together your past and regain control of your life while trapped between the walls of your family home and the trenches of World War I. Will the war’s nightmare ever end? Will you discover an authentic sense of harmony one day? You play as a German soldier haunted by the horrors of the Great War in Ad Infinitum. While your brain wrestles with recollections of your family home and the channels on the front, you attempt to break the perpetual pattern of anguish. In a run-down, deserted manor house, you wake up in your bedroom, unchanged from your teenage years. Unexpectedly and mysteriously, you are shipped to the channels where the revulsions of war are eclipsed by detestable and, surprisingly, additional frightening animals. Incapable to recognize reality and bad dream, you should battle to recover control of your life’s story. Unspeakable bad dreams become completely awake in the openings of your psyche. To get away from the passing snares and unnerving animals, you should figure out the source and inspiration of every beast and settle the riddles that substitute your direction. Horror awaits at every turn, from hideous disjointed puppets that move in the shadows to blind demons that can detect your smallest footsteps. The aftermath of the conflict is felt nowhere near the front. Strip back the cover that conceals the privileged insights of your family, destroyed by the Incomparable Conflict, and attempt to recollect your past. Through investigation and by tackling enigmas and riddles between the walls of your home and the spiked metal of A dead zone, you eventually uncover a section in the narrative of a German family destroyed by war.
