Airship: The steampunk world of Spheara is the setting for the airship trading and combat simulation Kingdoms Adrift, which takes place following the Great Sky War. The Teutonic Confederation, the New Viridian Republic, and the Aecerlian Kingdom all maintain an uneasy cease-fire. Their suddenly unemployed soldiers and skyfarers search the desolate landscape for new opportunities as they lick their wounds. The Suthseg Archipelago awaits. It is a land of riches and opportunities that was spared the destruction of war and is a far-flung frontier ruled by an elderly king. Skyfaring captains will have the rare opportunity to forge their own path into the future, loyalties will be tested, and fortunes will be won and lost here. You are one of these captains and have been given the task of starting a trading company in the Archipelago. However, you soon find yourself caught up in a game of big politics and serious danger. Over 70 known settlements make up the vast Suthseg archipelago, which holds untold riches for brave explorers. Navigate your airship across the vast landscape in search of new trading partners, resources to exploit, and hostile vessels to send plunging to the ground below. Choose from more than 30 different kinds of airships, each of which can be outfitted with a variety of weapons, armor, special equipment, and other accessories. Will your carrier be a blundering ironclad seething with weapons? or a nimble monitor who could punch an opponent who weighed a lot more than she did. Then, at that point, take your own boat and tackle in excess of 500 carefully assembled experiences with obnoxious privateers, contending shippers, neighborhood volunteer armies, and skyfaring manowars of the extraordinary powers.
