Game Overview
Having acquired their Auntie Kate’s home, Riley Park begins investigating what the hermitic lady abandoned. Riley is surprised to discover a collection of VHS tapes next to an old television in the attic. There is no other indication of the contents of the tapes other than the episode number on the labels. Fascinated, Riley pops the initial tape into the VCR. It is a brand-new children’s cartoon from the early 2000s, which surprised Riley. It features a young girl named Amanda and her trustworthy but reserved best friend, Wooly the Sheep, and appears to have been produced locally. Although the episode appears to be straightforward and charming on the surface, Riley begins to feel uneasy when she realizes that Amanda and Wooly appear to be communicating directly through the television. A chewing feeling in their sub-conscience squeezes them to stop, yet Riley is constrained to keep watching the tapes. It almost seems like Amanda needs something, and Riley becomes interested in figuring out what it might be.
