CHIYO is a single-player, hardcore escape room-style puzzle game in the same universe as MALICE that takes place in Japan’s Edo period. THIS IS A No-nonsense Departure ROOM STYLED PUZZLE GAME. Take on the role of Idate Chiyo, a paranormal investigator who has just been hired by the Tokugawa Shogunate’s Magical Arcane Division. Her first task is to look into some strange events that were said to have come from an abandoned mansion in the forested interior of the small coastal city of Gtsu in Shimane Prefecture. Chiyo discovers strange and evil spirits within the mansion, devious contraptions and puzzles, and a sinister family history that will threaten her survival. Escape room-style puzzles and a ghoulish presence at every turn will test your wits and nerves. As a paranormal investigator for the Tokugawa Shogunate’s Magical Arcane Division, use your special supernatural abilities to delve into the paranormal. Uncover the secrets of an unwanted manor, a strong family’s dim dealings and the results of adoration and penance. Explore the eerie nightmares of a mysterious Edo-era mansion and discover all of its dark secrets.
