Game Overview
Play as a diver or a shark in a gloomy underwater world and defeat your foes with cunning, teamwork, and stealth. When you face off against AI alone or are paired with other players for heart-pounding combat, Depth combines tension and visceral action. Speed and senses are your best weapons when you play as one of seven different shark species. With your razor-sharp teeth, stalk your prey from across the ocean and cut them in half. Take on the roles of the Great White, Tiger, Mako, Bull, Hammerhead, Thresher, or the infamous Megalodon! You must explore the abyss as a human diver in search of treasure to improve your arsenal. Use high-powered weapons like spearguns, pistols, underwater assault rifles, and explosive sea mines to protect yourself. Swimming in the ocean’s pitch-blackness evokes a sense of dread. The unique and gut-wrenching atmosphere created by the dynamic lighting and shadows will have you on edge from the moment you dive in. Change how you play. As you progress through the game, you’ll be able to acquire exotic new weapons for your diver or “evolutions” for your shark, which give you new options for your strategy. In addition, meaningful steam achievements and persistent stat tracking will give you something to aim for (sometimes literally!)
