You are in charge of a team of six mercenaries and must find a way to complete your missions—whether that means breaking into an enemy fortress, saving a team member, or escaping an ambush—by combining the various abilities of your heroes. El Paso is a typical town of the Wild West in the southwest of the United States, close to the border with Mexico. The year is 1881. The famous railroad company Twinnings & Co.’s trains have been the target of numerous holdups and ambushes over the past few months. The company’s management has decided that the raids must end and that enough is enough. It has offered a $15,000 reward to anyone who can capture the gang’s leader. However, the bandidos just keep robbing train after train because no one in El Paso or the surrounding area is brave enough to stand up to the bandidos’ might. Even the local Marshal is avoiding it at all costs. Things only begin to change when a stranger rides into town. John Cooper, a bounty hunter, visits the local manager of Twinnings & Co. and offers to resolve the railroad company’s issues permanently. He forms a band of his former companions and declares war on the bandidos. However, Cooper quickly discovers that on this mission, nothing is quite as it seems during his pursuit, which will take him through half of the southwestern United States.
