Game Overview
Baited out of her isolation, Melancholy Young lady finds a chamber containing DOOMBLADE: a conscious weapon, caught and destined for ages. ” Together, “Doom and Gloom” embark on a mission to reclaim the blade’s powers and exact revenge on its captors.
Gloom Girl can ride through the air to attack enemies with her DOOMBLADE. Target beasts to go after them straightforwardly, and kill them with DOOMBLADE’s fury!
The Dread Lords, who have chained the blade and taken away its powers, are the object of the blade’s lust for vengeance. However, it must first regain strength. Look for demonic shrines where the long-dead Gloomfolk stored and hidden DOOMBLADE’s powers in anticipation of its return. The Nightmare Onion, Doom Drop, and Wicked Wind can then be used to inspire fear in your adversaries.
From the Gloomhaunt halls that have been abandoned, through the New Wilderwood forest with its distrusting tribesmen, through the Molded Mines with their hedonistic shroom people, and into the Power Sector, a technological hellscape. As she pursues the Dread Lords who held DOOMBLADE captive, Gloom Girl must fight her way through these interconnected worlds and eliminate the creatures that dwell there.
