Game Overview
In this open-world cosmic sandbox, how you play really depends on you! Carry your companions into the outskirts in your own confidential server, or make new companions (and foes) in huge public multiplayer servers. Play calmly in center, or utilize the dynamic multiplayer group framework to gather as one and parted separated progressively as loyalties change.
You’ll learn to survive on your first planet, but that’s just the beginning. Colonize new worlds with your very own starship. It won’t be easy, and only the most successful colonies will be able to gather the knowledge and resources needed to break into orbit. The stars contain brand-new planets, biomes, bosses, and difficulties once you launch.
You’ll have to plan to take on this antagonistic piece of the cosmic system. Get involved in hundreds of different activities, including mining, farming, growing, developing, researching, and building, from winter combat gear to advanced laboratories. Find something you can’t turn out for yourself. Tie on your high quality laser rifle and adventure out into the obscure to investigate prisons, procedural bases, NPC stores and significantly more.
Use physics like bullet drop, projectile speed, and spread to defend your colony in fast-paced combat. With the grenades you have made by hand, you can stop enemy raids at your base. Burnt out on safeguarding? Ruin to adversary bases with destructible landscape as you employ everything from corroded old carbines to nuke launchers and energy weapons that tackle the force of lightning!
Develop from a minuscule station into a high level, atomic controlled fort. Be careful with your resources and choose your research paths based on the things you find and the problems you face on each planet. But be on the lookout: Your colony will become more of a target for raiders (and friends who are jealous) as it grows in size.
You are not the only one out here. Save man-made intelligence survivors and construct a province together. Every colonist has their own set of strengths, weaknesses, and unique attributes. Your AI colonists will level up, become smarter, stronger, and faster as they complete tasks. The best part is that you can give NPCs orders and tasks to do the mundane work for you and assign roles to them based on their skills. Want to get away from mining and eliminate an underground nest of aliens? That can be handled by your colonists!
Even though your ship is in ruins, your ammunition is running out, and your companions are scattered across the surface, keep this in mind: You are more than just another explorer. You are a pioneer in Farworld.
