Game Overview
Cobra shows up once more, and G.I. Joe needs to save the world! Wrath of Cobra is a beat ’em up set in the 1980s that takes place side-scrolling. It is set in the iconic universe. Take on the roles of Duke, Scarlett, Roadblock, Snake Eyes, and other iconic G.I. Joe characters. Destroy hordes of Cobra troopers, Vipers, Crimson Guards, and additional Cobra’s evil schemes.
Strike back at Destro, Serpentor, Baroness, and Cobra Commander himself to bring Cobra down! Be your own fighter: Using your fists, use the unique combos and special moves of each character to get up close and personal, or use a variety of weapons to keep your enemies at a distance!
- Retro Gameplay in a Modern Era: Wrath of Cobra takes the classic arcade beat ’em up and brings it into the modern age: Easy to play, hard to master, and smoother than a ride in a H.I.S.S. Want to play with your friends? The game supports local multiplayer (eg. from your couch)!
- Play as Classic Heroes: Fight Cobra as your favorite G.I. JOE heroes, painstakingly recreated in beautiful pixel art. The differences between characters aren’t just cosmetic: Each hero has different movesets and unique abilities.
