Game Overview
A distress call is received from the MTS Endurance, a ship that went missing four years ago while traveling across the Atlantic. A rescue team is sent to investigate the distress call. You are left alone and stranded on the abandoned ship after the rescue effort fails. There is no evidence of life below deck. It appears as though the crew has just vanished; replaced by eerie stone statues, but maybe you’re not so alone after all. Investigate the abandoned boat to uncover what happened a long time back and what destiny came to pass for the team. Lazaret is a first-person horror game with a focus on atmosphere and light puzzle elements. As a lone member of a rescue crew, you must solve puzzles and explore the abandoned ship to avoid the same fate as the crew that went missing. Peril prowls everywhere – you should run or stow away to remain alive as you find out about the boat and what caused its secretive vanishing quite a while back.
