Game Overview
An epic RPG unlike any other is released by award-winning Black Isle Studios. A supernatural disaster destroyed the fabric of reality in the 12th century, unleashing spirits and magic, and forever altering medieval Earth. You are thrown into this world, besieged by spirits and power groups, and you have to find your way, arm yourself, and make friends. Magic was feared by the general populace and was almost certainly the work of evil demons. Europe’s people gave the Inquisition complete control of their lives because they wanted to be safe from evil forces. The majority of civilized Europe is still ruled by the Inquisition, either directly or indirectly. The Inquisition, in their never-ending search for heretical wizards and magical beings, elicits admiration and faith in many people while being despised and feared by others. You can join the Knights Templar, the Inquisition, or the Wielders by selecting your champion, which can be a Feralkin, Sylvant, Demonkin, or Human Pureblood. Meet people like Galileo and Leonardo da Vinci as you travel through Europe in the 16th century that has been altered and twisted by magic.
