On the streets of Empire Bay, Vito Scaletta has begun to establish himself as someone you can rely on to complete a task. He is working with his friend Joe to show the Mafia who he is by quickly climbing the family ladder and committing crimes with greater recompense, status, and consequences—the life of a wise man isn’t quite as safe as it seems.
