A middle-schooler and her mother recently relocate to a new home in the Japanese horror game Okaeri. When you return home at 6:00 p.m., expecting to be greeted by your mother, she discovers that something unexpected is taking place right in front of her eyes. Short omniverse Japanese horror films served as inspiration for the game.
