Game Overview

Mirenia is an 18-year-old girl on a mission to find her way back home. She is on her way to Tirkin Fortress to cast an ancient spell that should help her defeat the very evil she unleashed three years ago after unleashing a power when she was a teenager. She now arrives in the villages just outside the fortress, where monsters ravage, young women are raped, and men are killed as her quest draws to a close. Mirenia is so close to undoing her past mistakes with her trusted Shield Blade. Will she succeed or, in the end, only exacerbate the situation? The Skylia Prescience is a sidescrolling activity rpg platformer set in a middle age dreamland, in view of the incomparable Arcade hits of the past. This hard-as-nails adventure, in which you play as Mirenia, is based on the “kill the player” philosophy of the “Souls” games. You will explore ancient dungeons, fight hordes of the undead, and travel through the towns and lands. Along your way you will meet individuals of these grounds, who will request that you help them, sell you strong things and uncover privileged insights to help you on your excursion. The game is not a typical metroidvania, but it does have elements of the genre. The reduced combat rewards patience; the game is not unfair, but you must pay attention! By interacting with the townspeople, you’ll eventually get rewards that make the game easier in the long run. As a result, you decide how hard the final stage will be! Will you ultimately find retribution or join the dead? The Skylia Prescience will challenge you on each turn with its hard yet fair trouble, strong managers and investigation based conundrums.
