Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 is the follow-up to the best-selling and critically acclaimed original. The original game had great graphics, simple controls, and solid gameplay mechanics. These elements remain despite the fact that the developers worked hard to add hundreds of new tricks, slightly modify the core gameplay, and develop a character editor and a 3-D skate park editor. By selecting a theme and locating stairs, ramps, half pipes, pools, and rails, players can create the skate park of their dreams. You can post your park online for everyone to see after finishing the final touches. After that, you can design your very own character and skate your very own park. Your skater’s name, age, height, weight, style, stance, trick set, and skateboard can all be customized to your specifications. Alternately, players can select a character from a variety of professional skaters, such as Kareem Campbell, Andrew Reynolds, Tony Hawk, Chad Muska, and Jamie Thomas. As you advance, skaters will acquire additional skills. Marseilles, Manhattan, and Skate Street Ventura are just a few of the many skate parks available. In the core game, players perform tricks to earn money that can be used to purchase additional boards, tricks, or skating abilities. Free skating is another mode. There are also several multiplayer scenarios, including an eight-player judged competition, HORSE (you can use any letters you want), tag, trick attack, and graffiti.
