Game Overview
Chireiden Touhou: The eleventh main game in the Touhou Project scrolling shooter series is Subterranean Animism. There are two playable characters in Subterranean Animism, each with three different weapons that represent a youkai helping them from above. Similar to Mountain of Faith, collecting power items can create up to four “option” satellites around the character. These satellites can be sacrificed for a bomb effect and behave differently depending on the weapon type and the character. However, in contrast to Mountain of Faith, each bomb behaves differently, and some trigger unique gameplay effects.
