Game Overview
The Holy Land of Helvetia flourished in ancient times under the guidance of the goddess Elnath. Then the devils came — spilling out from the land beneath, invading the blessed land and overcoming the goddess through savage conflict — achieving a time of murkiness. The people who once lived calmly under the goddess’ security are presently controlled over by the four evil spirit sovereigns, known as the Dim Rulers. Any people considered useless have their spirits cultivated to make Tactica, a glasslike object utilized as a material for weapons and as fuel. The other three Dark Lords, however, simultaneously declare war on the Empire as rumors of Empress Karvia’s plans to conquer all of Helvetia spread. Empress Karvia maintains her optimism that she will prevail despite the fact that she is surrounded on all sides. In any case, she has a covert task force under her command that has proven to be beneficial to her during the conflict with the goddess: Leonhardt Arknoah, a war hero, is the leader of the “Black Armed Vapula.”
